Step 1 — Take stock of your project (July–September 2026)
Before submitting any wish, take the time to define your project:
- Which diploma are you aiming for in 2027? (BTS, BUT, Bachelor, Licence, Master, engineering degree?)
- Which sector? (retail, IT, construction, healthcare, industry, public sector?)
- Which exit level? (Bac+2, Bac+3, Bac+5?)

- Confirm each wish before the early April 2027 deadline (otherwise the wish is cancelled).
- Track responses daily from early June 2027 (main phase) then from mid-June 2027 (complementary phase).
- Respond within deadlines: you generally have a few days to accept or refuse an offer. If you do not respond, the wish is considered refused.
- Activate the CAES (Commission d'accès à l'enseignement supérieur) from 1 July 2027 if you remain without an offer: it supports you individually.
Step 6 — Sign the apprenticeship contract (June–September 2027)
Once admitted in apprenticeship:
- Send your admission certificate to your future employer and the CFA.
- Sign the apprenticeship contract (CERFA FA13) in three copies (employer, apprentice, CFA) at the latest within 3 months of the intake.
- File the contract with your OPCO (Opérateur de compétences) for registration. The contract takes effect on the date of signature or on the intake date.
