Cash management Officer – Private Equity & Infrastructure

Access Capital Partners (“Access”) is a leading independent European fund manager investing in Private Equity and Infrastructure assets in Europe. Access manages EUR 15.8 billion on behalf of its international institutional clients and operates with a team of 100+ professionals based in six offices: Paris, London, Brussels, Helsinki, Munich, and Luxembourg.

Our development leads us to strengthen our Cash Management team within the Middle Office practice, in charge of the administrative, regulatory and financial follow-up of our investment vehicles.

The Middle Office team currently includes 26 persons, located in our Paris, Brussels and Helsinki offices.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Partner – Middle Office, based in Paris, you will participate in the daily monitoring of the operations in the Access Capital Partners Funds, specifically in the following fields:

• Monitoring of daily cash flows related to investments and/or service providers (capital calls, distributions and invoices);
• Participation in banking and accounting reconciliation processes;
• Coordination with Banks and Depositaries in France, Luxembourg and elsewhere in Europe;
• Collaboration with others Middle Office team members;
• Assistance in the development of performance analysis and reporting tools related to cash management.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT tools such as MS Excel and MS Word;
• High level of accuracy, keen attention to details and well-organised;
• Team player;
• High interest in the Private Assets sector.

Your Profile:

• Apprenticeship – start of the academic year 2026/27 – Master 1 or Master 2 in Finance from University or Business School;
• Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English is absolutely required (75% of communication takes place in English).
