Job description
Placé sous l’autorité d’un cuisinier expérimenté, l’apprenti est chargé de l’organisation et de la production alimentaire dans un établissement de restauration collective. En tant qu’apprenti CAP cuisinier, vos principales missions seront :
- Mettre en place et gérer votre plan de travail,
- Préparer les entrées froides et chaudes,
- Participer à la production des plats,
- Mettre en place et réapprovisionner la chaîne de distribution des repas durant le service,
- Nettoyer les espaces de travail,
- Respecter les normes HACCP et de sécurité sanitaire,
- Participer à l’animation de l’équipe restauration.
