Job description
Participe aux activités de production culinaire (préparation, assemblage, dressage) selon les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaires et la charte qualité de l'établissement. Assure la mise en place des espaces de restauration ainsi que la distribution et le service des repas. Accueille les clients et peut procéder à l'encaissement des ventes. Réceptionne et stocke les produits alimentaires. Assure le rangement, nettoyage et entretien des matériels de restauration et des espaces.
