Découverte des missions du technicien vétérinaire en service SPA, SSA et abattoirs
Si formation en filière agricole : 2/3 en service santé et protection animale (SPA) – 1/3 en service d’inspection permanente en abattoirs de boucherie et volailles avec découverte des autres missions sécurité sanitaire des aliments (SSA)
Si formation en filière IAA : 2/3 en abattoirs – 1/3 autres missions en SSA et SPA
Selon la durée de l’alternance, le profil des candidats et le diplôme préparé, ces répartitions sont adaptables, en lien avec les 2 services de la DDPP qui sont concernés.
