Job description
L'étudiant d'un niveau Bac +3 à Bac +5 aura pour mission d'analyser les dossiers contentieux administrative et juridictionnel de l'action en recouvrement pour les produits fiscaux et non fiscaux (assignations, décharge de responsabilité solidaire, liaisons avec le tribunal de commerce et la commission des chefs de services financiers, oppositions à poursuite...)
Il travaillera en lien avec les services comptables fiscaux et non fiscaux du département.
Cette offre est destinée à un étudiant en BUT, Licence, Master 1 et/ou 2, inscrit dans une faculté de droit.
