Job description

Au sein d’une brigade de cuisiniers du Restaurant Rochambeau l'agent est chargé d'assurer dans le cadre du memento des pratiques "métiers" en restauration, la préparation et la confection des denrées alimentaires nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de la production et de la distribution du restaurant. Par ailleurs il participe au tour de service "gradés restauration" pour les soirs, week-end et jour fériés.
