SupExup Montpellier recrute pour le compte d'une agence immobilière partenaire. Lieu du poste : Sète Vous préparerez à SupExup Montpellier un BTS, Bac +3 ou Bac +5 Immobilier. Dans le cadre de son développement, un groupe immobilier partenaire recherche un(e) alternant(e) en gestion locative afin d'accompagner l'équipe dans le suivi administratif et technique des biens. Le poste conviendra parfaitement à un profil junior souhaitant se former progressivement au métier de gestionnaire immobilier. Missions principales - Suivi administratif des dossiers locataires - Gestion et suivi des travaux - Échanges avec les propriétaires et prestataires - Suivi de la comptabilité courante - Traitement des demandes et réclamations - Participation à la gestion quotidienne du portefeuille Possibilités d'évolution et d'embauche à l'issue de l'alternance
