Coachée par le Chef David Royer, la brigade du restaurant du Castel Ac’h propose une cuisine inventive, fine et élégante, en accord profond avec les saisons et les produits du terroirs. Huitres de Plouguerneau, légumes du potager de Kergroadez, fromages bretons… Les productions exceptionnelles des pêcheurs de Manche et d’Iroise, des éleveurs et des cultivateurs du Finistère, y sont magnifiées en toute simplicité. Nous cherchons 2 apprentis (h/f) en service en salle pour la rentrée 2026. Vous préparez un CAP Commercialisation et Service en HCR ou un BP Arts du service et commercialisation en restaurant. Vous serez fomré à l'Ifac, campus des métiers de Brest/Guipavas. Pour candidater, déposez vite votre CV au restaurant, démarrage dès juillet possible.
