Job description
En tant que gestionnaire au sein du pôle, vous serez en charge de toutes les missions liées au greffe des associations :
- vérification de la complétude des dossiers, enregistrement des dossiers de création, modification et dissolution dans l'application informatique dédiée RNA.
- archivage des dossiers d'associations dissoutes ou inactives depuis 10 ans
- gestion des reconnaissances d'utilité publiques
- gestion des fondations d'utilité publiques
- plus globalement, en charge de l’intégralité des missions liées aux associations en collaboration avec l’agent affecté sur le pôle
