Rattaché au pôle informatique et data analyse, vos missions seront de :Collecter les données clients, Contacter les clients par téléphone, e-mail et ponctuellement lors de visites pour compléter les informations, Renseigner et mettre à jour les données dans le nouvel outil métier, Vérifier la fiabilité et la qualité des informations saisies, Assurer le suivi des dossiers incomplets et effectuer les relances nécessaires,Participer ponctuellement à la planification et à la coordination de certaines interventions.
