Job description
Réalise le traitement administratif de dossiers (frappe de courrier, mise en forme de document, ...) et transmet les informations (e-mail, notes, fax, ...) pour le compte d'un ou plusieurs services ou d'un responsable selon l'organisation de l'entreprise. Peut prendre en charge le suivi complet de dossiers (contrats de maintenance des équipements, de la structure, ...). Peut coordonner une équipe.
