Sélectionner et doser les ingrédients (farine, levure, additifs, ...) pour la réalisation des produits.
Entretenir un espace de vente.
Mélanger des produits et ingrédients culinaires.
Cuire des produits de pâtisserie, confiseries ou pièces de chocolat.
Effectuer le montage et la décoration des produits pâtissiers
