Descriptif de l’alternance :
Découverte des missions du technicien vétérinaire en service SPAE, SSA et abattoirs :
- Si formation en filière agricole : 2/3 en service SPAE – 1/3 en service SSA ; découverte des missions y compris celles du service d’inspection permanente en abattoirs de boucherie (SSA) ;
- Si formation en filière IAA : 2/3 en SSA – 1/3 autres missions et découverte de celles du service SPAE.
- Approfondir la connaissance des filières de production et de transformation des produits animaux de la filière bovine par la découverte des missions du technicien vétérinaire en service SPAE, SSA et abattoirs.
Plus précisément, participer au suivi des maladies réglementées sur bovin affectant le département du Jura et participer aux contrôles sur cette filière, de la ferme à l’abattoir (bien être animal, biosécurité, inspection des viandes, hygiène).
