Brand to Impact ! Are you curious about how global brands launch campaigns across the world? Do you want to be part of a team that shapes how Hilti brand shows up - from landing pages and translations to paid media campaigns? You'll join an international team responsible for bringing digital campaigns to life across the world. From day one, you'll play a hands-on role in coordinating campaign roll-outs, working with global agencies, markets, designers, and product owners to make sure everything goes live on time and meets the quality requirements. You'll also be one of the first to see new creative content before it's published - from product photos to campaign videos, you'll get an insider look into how a large brand runs marketing at scale, how agencies collaborate with internal teams, and how we keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll also have the chance to: - Be involved in photo and video shoots - Learn how digital assets are prepared and launched globally - Work with teammates from around the world - Get exposure to agile workflows, content management, and marketing tools like JIRA, Figma. If you're a detail-oriented communicator with a digital mindset and a passion for marketing or media, this is your opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute in a meaningful way. What You'll do Key tasks include: Content Creation & Roll-out Upload campaign assets for the roll-out, filling in necessary metadata timely Coordination of the content guide creation with agency Perform quality checks and publishing of campaign landing pages (NEW - process TBC) Perform quality checks on Figma for the paid media English master to ensure compliance with paid media requirements Creation of the E-mail translation file by request Global roll-out QA Manager & Localization of paid media Create and manage JIRA tasks and testing guides to support global campaign roll-outs (translation, testing etc.) Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all assets (files, visuals etc.) are delivered on time and meet paid media requirements Track timelines and tasks progress in JIRA, proactively flagging delays or blockers Perform quality checks on translations provided by markets to ensure compliance with the paid media requirements Support roll-out meetings and agile ceremonies What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in business, economy, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field Fluent in English - Professional (preferably native) communication skills in verbal and written English for business interactions - additional languages are a plus Detailed Oriented & Reliable - You follow through on tasks, manage deadlines well, and keep track of multiple priorities without losing focus. Strong Communicator - You are interested in connecting with colleagues and outsourcing partners around the world. Digital Mindset - You are comfortable working and/or keen to learn with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Figma, Excel Sheets etc. Solution Oriented Mindset - When faced with uncertainty, you seek solutions or ask the right questions rather than waiting for answers. Team-Player - You enjoy supporting others and contributing to the team's success. Curious & Quick Learner - You take initiative, absorb new information quickly, and show ownership over your learning curve. Adaptable - You are comfortable working in an agile environment where priorities might shift and projects evolve quickly.
