Job description
- Travaux d’entretien et maintenance préventive et corrective : peinture, serrurerie, électricité, plomberie, espaces verts (2 500m²)...
- Accompagnement des entreprises spécialisées intervenant sur le site
- Nettoyage de certaines parties du bâtiment (abri vélo, hotte friteuse cantine, parkings et voies de circulation du site, flotte de véhicules...)
- Gestion de l’alimentation électrique et du système de chauffage/climatisation
- Organisation du recyclage, destruction de documents, déchetterie
- Flotte de véhicule : emmener au garage…
- Sécurité du site (alarmes techniques ou intrusion, accès au site, incendie...)
