Votre rôle :
En tant qu’apprenti vous rejoindrez l’unité accueil d’un SST du conseil départemental composé de personnel administratif, médical et de travailleurs sociaux.
Vos missions :
Sous la responsabilité du maître d'apprentissage, vous apprendrez à :
Accueillir et orienter le public
Identifier une demande
Prendre des rendez-vous
Accompagner le public aux démarches d'accès aux droits et au numérique.
Participer à l’animation de l’espace accueil
