Description du poste

As an Operations Manager, Performance & Safety, you will join our Business Operations Team in Paris on a work-study (alternance) basis and work closely with Théo, our Quality & Safety Manager.

Within the pony Business Operations team, your mission will be to sustainably improve operations by ensuring reliable quality and uncompromising safety. One of our core values is Safety First , it is embedded in everything we do, from our products to our operations, ensuring both reliable fleet availability and a great user experience.

Right now, some of the most exciting projects include managing our new connected battery fleet and improving ergonomics, safety, and health for our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site audits: Weekly assess service quality, fleet and warehouse safety, and ensure operational standards are met across cities.
  • Drive compliance after audits: Help design and roll out corrective actions, track implementation across sites, and serve as the bridge between HQ and local teams.
  • Elevate documentation: Create and update process guidelines and safety standards to keep them clear, relevant, and actionable in the field.
  • Contribute to special projects: Get involved in initiatives like warehouse optimisation, sourcing new service providers, and streamlining operations, always with a focus on continuous improvement in performance and safety.

Profile

Education: Currently enrolled in a top engineering school, seeking a work-study position (alternance) starting September 2026 with a 1 week / 1 week or 2 weeks / 2 weeks rotation schedule, to ensure project continuity.

Project management: You support and take ownership of specific topics, structure your approach, and move things forward proactively, with guidance and support from your team.

Analytical mindset: You know how to extract key insights, write impactful reports, and guide action with clear, practical recommendations (e.g., summarise an audit in a few lines and help implement concrete solutions).

People skills: You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams, from field staff to management.

Mobility & travel: You take part in regular visits to our warehouses in France and Belgium to follow up on your projects

Recruitment Process
  • HR Screening with Laura: A 30-minute video call to ensure alignment of expectations.
  • Culture Fit: A short written exercise (10 minutes) to confirm value alignment.
  • Case Study & Manager Interview with Théo: A practical exercise to validate technical skills, followed by an interview to present your work and discuss the role in more detail.
