Votre quotidien chez nous : Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur apprentie H/F pour préparer un CAP cuisine pour une durée de 12 à 24 mois. Au sein d'un établissement de santé situé à AUXERRE (89), nous recherchons notre prochain(e) apprenti(e). Vous serez accompagné(e) et formé(e) par votre maitre d'apprentissage sur les missions suivantes : - Vous assurez les préparations des plats froids et chauds - Vous participerez au service - Vous participerez à l'élaboration des menus- Vous intégrerez les normes HACCP et participerez à la SST du site
