Job description
Garantir la qualité et la fiabilité de la préparation des commandes clients.
Traiter les litiges clients (reprise, avoir, etc...). Effectuer les rappels clients NPS afin de contribuer à l'amélioration de l'expérience client.
Trouver et proposer les produits de substitution tout en prenant en compte la marge au produit.
S'assurer du respect des délais de livraison.
Accompagner les nouveaux clients de son périmètre en s'appuyant sur les différents outils mis à disposition.
