Job description
Au sein d'une boulangerie artisanale, vous préparez un CAP ou BAC boulanger ou pâtissier . Vous aurez le choix de votre CFA en fonction de vos souhaits. Vous serez formé à toutes les techniques de pâtisserie : gâteaux, entremets, pates ainsi qu'à la fabrication et cuisson des pains.
La boulangerie est fermée le mercredi.
