Sous la supervision du responsable RH, l'alternant(e) participera aux missions suivantes :
Gestion administrative du personnel :
Suivi des dossiers salariés (contrats, avenants, documents administratifs)
Participation à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
Gestion des absences, congés, et visites médicales
Mise à jour des tableaux de bord RH et des bases de données
Appui aux autres pôles RH
