Notre agence Aprojob intérim de Lyon 3ème recherche un(e) consultant(e) en recrutement en alternance.
Vous intégrez notre équipe et aurez pour missions :
Gestion du recrutement :
- Diffusion d'offres d'emploi
- Sourcing actif
- Qualifications téléphoniques et entretiens de recrutements
- Sélection de personnel
- Relation partenaires
- Présentation de profils aux clients
- Gestion de recrutements CDD/CDI dans le cadre de prestations de recrutement complètes et via des approches directes
Administration du personnel :
- Édition de contrats
- Travaux préparatoires à la paye,
- Gestion de visites médicales
- Suivi administratif
- Organisation de formations
- Gestion des AT et AM
Relations commerciales :
- Recueil de besoins
- Élaboration de profils de postes
- Visites de poste
- Actions de communication
- Gestion de la relation client et fidélisation
Horaires : 9h-12h ; 14h-18h
