  • Prototype Development: Create high-fidelity prototypes to illustrate proposed updates to key parts of the application.
  • Audit Report: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current interface, identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design System Documentation: Develop a structured design system, including components, typography, colors, and interaction patterns tailored to the desktop application.
  • Collaboration Framework: Establish guidelines to ensure effective collaboration between designers and developers in implementing the new design system.

Profile:

This position is ideal for a student who is:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (penultimate or final year) in UX Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Familiar with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Experience with desktop application interfaces is a plus.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
  • Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of desktop development frameworks and technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to audit and critically evaluate existing designs with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to document the design system and present ideas clearly.
  • Fluent or proficient in English.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package: including an annual bonus, profit-sharing and incentive schemes, employee savings plans, and remote work opportunities.
  • Transportation support: we cover 75% of your public transport subscription.
  • Additional leave benefits: gain one extra day of leave per year of seniority (up to 5 days), plus 8 to 12 additional RTT (reduction of working time) days annually.
  • Remote work: flexibility is key! Subject to manager approval and business needs, enjoy a balanced hybrid work setup after three months.
  • Diversity & Inclusion policy: we value individuality, including support for employees with RQTH status, offering additional remote work flexibility and dedicated inclusion initiatives.
  • International environment: join a vibrant, multicultural workplace with over 40 nationalities and opportunities for international mobility.
