Job description
Entreprise dans le secteur informatique recherche actuellement un (e ) apprenti (e ) dans le cadre de son BTS NDRC. Vous participerez activement à la prospection, à la gestion de la relation client et au développement du portefeuille commercial.
Missions :
Relation client
• Accueillir et accompagner les clients par téléphone, mail et outils digitaux
• Identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
Développement commercial
• Participer aux actions de prospection (appels, emails, réseaux sociaux)
• Contribuer à la fidélisation du portefeuille clients
Gestion des ventes
• Réaliser les devis et suivre les propositions commerciales
• Participer à la gestion des commandes
