SWEN Investor Relations team is looking for an apprentice to join the team and support the sales in a wide range of missions and projects.

Tasks / responsibilities:

• Support the Sales / Investor Relations team in the prospection, preparation of client meetings and follow-up on the leads

• Contribute to RFPs and DDQs

• Work with IR support members to prepare and gather information to clients’ day to day demands

• In charge of maintaining the CRM sales pipeline and reporting of the sales activities

• Work on market and competition analysis to support strategic prospection

• Work in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous interfaces within the organization (investment teams, ESG analysts, reporting, middle office, risk and compliance …)

• Superior quantitative and analytical skills

• Leadership abilities with high ethical standards

• A strong team player with a kind personality and strong interpersonal skills

• Curiosity and ability to achieve goals collaboratively

• Autonomy, proactivity and reliability in delivering results

Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in finance, science or another highly quantitative subject

• Preferably with experience from previous internships, ideally in consulting or financial marketing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)

• High interest in ESG / Impact topics

• Fluency in English and French
