Positionnement

Au sein de la Direction des Affaires Juridiques d'un groupe industriel international, vous intervenez en support direct des juristes sur des problématiques juridiques complexes, en lien étroit avec les équipes opérationnelles (achats, commerce, R&D).

Ce stage / cette alternance vous offre une exposition transverse à des enjeux juridiques stratégiques dans un environnement exigeant et multiculturel.

Vos missions

• Contrats & opérations commerciales:
  - Participation à la rédaction, revue et négociation de contrats avec les clients, fournisseurs, partenaires R&D (notamment NDA, contrats d'achat, contrats de vente, accords de partenariat)
  - Analyse des risques contractuels et business et proposition de recommandations pragmatiques adaptées aux enjeux opérationnels
  - Support aux équipes opérationnelles
• Contentieux et précontentieux:
  - Assistance dans le suivi des précontentieux et contentieux en lien avec les équipes concernées
• Support transverse:
  - Recherches juridiques et notes à destination des opérationnels ou de l'équipe Juridique

Profil recherché

• Étudiant(e) en Master 2 en droit des affaires / droit des contrats / droit international ou élève avocat
• Formation complémentaire appréciée (DJCE, LLM)
• Excellente maîtrise du droit des contrats
• Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et analytiques
• Anglais courant impératif, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
