Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Contribuer à la sélection des fournisseurs à partir du panel validé : participer à l'identification et à la consultation des fournisseurs, et assister à la gestion des appels d'offres (RFQ) selon le panel défini par les acheteurs commodités ;
• Participer aux négociations fournisseurs en support de l'Acheteur Commodité, et prendre part au processus de sélection finale des fournisseurs (préparation des comités de sourcing, analyses, comptes rendus, etc.) ;
• Assister au suivi de la performance des fournisseurs durant la phase projet : contribuer au suivi des coûts par rapport aux objectifs, à la qualité des livrables et au respect des délais, ainsi qu'à la préparation des revues dans le cadre du système de management projet (PMS) ;
• Contribuer à la coordination avec les acheteurs série afin de faciliter leur implication en amont du passage en phase série ;
• Participer à la gestion de certains fournisseurs spécifiques en soutien de l'équipe projet, selon les besoins et les demandes clients ;
• Accompagner l'équipe dans le traitement et la négociation des demandes de modifications techniques (Engineering Change Requests).

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Préparation d'un niveau Master en Achats, Ingénierie ou Ecole de Commerce (certification professionnelle Achats est un +)
• Première expérience (stage ou alternance) en achats
• En recherche d'un contrat en alternance d'une durée de 2 années
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et sens de l'analyse
• Maîtrise du pack Office et plus particulièrement Excel et PowerPoint
• Capacité à travailler en équipe, proactivité, curiosité et orientation vers le résultat
• Poste à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2026 (possibilité de débuter avant)
• Rythme d'alternance souhaité :
  1 semaine école, 3 semaines entreprise
