L'Atelier Steaven Richard est une PME française spécialisée dans le travail artistique des métaux. Labellisée Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV), elle conçoit et réalise des projets artistique d'exception pour l'architecture et la décoration intérieure de luxe en France et à l'international.

Notre entreprise exporte une part importante de son activité et mène aujourd'hui des projets en Europe, au Royaume-Uni, en Suisse, aux États-Unis et au Moyen-Orient. Innovation, création et exigence technique sont au cœur de notre développement.

Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) de niveau Master souhaitant vivre une alternance hors du commun, avec une autonomie importante et un accès direct aux décisions stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Vous travaillerez quotidiennement aux côtés du dirigeant et participerez à la structuration d'une entreprise en forte évolution.

Vos missions :

• Participer au pilotage administratif, financier et stratégique de l'entreprise.
• Élaborer les tableaux de bord et les indicateurs de performance.
• Mettre en place des outils de contrôle de gestion et d'analyse de rentabilité.
• Participer au suivi de la trésorerie, des budgets et des financements.
• Optimiser les processus de gestion et développer notre ERP Odoo.
• Piloter l'intégration de solutions d'intelligence artificielle dans les fonctions administratives, commerciales et organisationnelles de l'entreprise dans le contexte d'une formation dispensée par une entreprise externe.
• Participer à la structuration des ressources humaines.
• Suivre les dossiers juridiques, les assurances et les contrats.
• Accompagner les projets de développement en France et à l'international.
• Participer aux réflexions stratégiques concernant le développement commercial, la communication et l'organisation de l'entreprise.

Le poste :

Cette alternance offre un niveau d'autonomie rarement proposé à un étudiant.

Vous serez directement associé(e) aux décisions de la direction et interviendrez sur des sujets très variés : finance, développement, communication, commerce, innovation, organisation et transformation numérique.

Bien que notre structure soit une PME, nos projets internationaux et notre positionnement dans le secteur du luxe nous conduisent à traiter des problématiques habituellement rencontrées dans des entreprises de taille beaucoup plus importante.

Notre ambition est également de faire évoluer les codes du luxe en développant des approches plus responsables. Nous travaillons notamment sur des projets valorisant les métaux issus des toits de Paris, afin de leur offrir une seconde vie dans des réalisations contemporaines d'exception.

Profil recherché :

• Étudiant(e) en Master (École de commerce, IAE, Finance, Contrôle de gestion, Management ou équivalent).
• Excellent niveau d'analyse et de rigueur.
• Forte autonomie et capacité à prendre des initiatives.
• Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation, l'intelligence artificielle et la transformation des organisations.
• Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles.
• Anglais courant indispensable.

Administrative and Financial Manager (M/F)

Atelier Steaven Richard is a French SME specialising in artistic metalwork. Awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label, it designs and creates exceptional artistic projects for architecture and luxury interior design in France and internationally.

Our company exports a significant proportion of its output and is currently undertaking projects in Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and the Middle East. Innovation, creativity and technical excellence are at the heart of our growth.

We are seeking a Master’s-level student looking to undertake an exceptional work-study programme, with a high degree of autonomy and direct involvement in the company’s strategic decision-making.

You will work alongside the managing director on a daily basis and help shape a rapidly evolving company.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the administrative, financial and strategic management of the company.
• Develop dashboards and performance indicators.
• Implement management control and profitability analysis tools.
• Help monitor cash flow, budgets and financing.
• Optimise management processes and develop our Odoo ERP system.
• Lead the integration of artificial intelligence solutions into the company’s administrative, commercial and organisational functions, as part of a training programme delivered by an external provider.
• Help structure the human resources function.
• Monitor legal matters, insurance and contracts.
• Support development projects in France and internationally.
• Contribute to strategic discussions regarding business development, communication and the company’s organisation.

The role:

This work-study programme offers a level of autonomy rarely available to students.

You will be directly involved in management decisions and will work on a wide variety of topics: finance, development, communications, sales, innovation, organisation and digital transformation.

Although we are an SME, our international projects and our position in the luxury sector mean we deal with issues typically encountered in much larger companies.

Our ambition is also to reshape the norms of the luxury sector by developing more responsible approaches. In particular, we are working on projects that make use of metals sourced from the roofs of Paris, giving them a new lease of life in exceptional contemporary creations.

Required profile:

• Student on a Master’s programme (Business School, IAE, Finance, Management Accounting, Management or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of autonomy and ability to take the initiative.
• Strong interest in innovation, artificial intelligence and organisational transformation.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English essential.
