This VIE role would be an opportunity to learn and demonstrate a variety of complex technical, analytical, marketing functions related to global trade business offered by Natixis; The role would be exposed to typical responsibilities including, but not limited to originating new deal opportunities, reviewing and negotiating global trade business deal flow of term sheets, finance documents for bank and regulatory compliance and acceptability of terms and conditions, negotiation of standard import/export letters of credit, issuance of bank guarantees, and Korean export credit agency facilities; Assist in onboarding new clients and renewal of existing clients from KYC perspective following the guideline of the bank; Perform financial analysis of new and existing clients and assess the credit worthiness of clients for internal credit write ups; Help prepare marketing materials to be shared both internally and externally in relation to global trade finance related products.
